Lone-pine Hill
I know of a hill topped solely by a lone pine tree
Where the crickets chirp with a romantic beat
And if you come with me there,
In the fresh night air
I'll hang the moon about your neck
And lay the stars at your feet
Then if you let me, I'll carve your name in the sun
And when God's plan is finished
When the Earth is done
There will be a hill Topped no only with a lone pine tree
But also with you and me
