Peace is a Timebomb
Peace is a Timebomb
Society has forgotten every war
Every battle ever fought
So we are destined to fight even more
Peace is a Tomebomb
Peace is a Timebomb
We fought a "War to end All Wars," but forgot we did
Hitler convinced a whole country to forget
Forget the horrors, so we fought "For Democracy"
Peace is a Timebomb
Peace is a Timebomb
Now we have the United Nations to help us remember
But we still had Korea and Vietnam
I forget does Central America have a bloody winter?
Peace is a Timebomb
Peace is a Timebomb
God, I hope we don't forget more
Never forget Nagasaki and Hiroshima
All the lost lives of Atomic War
Peace is a Timebomb
Peace is a Timebomb
Every generation has had its war
The children of World War I fought World War II
The sons of Korea died in Vietnam
"History will teach us nothing"
Peace is a Timebomb
What does the future have in store?

Wheel of life
Peace is a timebomb - the zit of society ready to explode into the evil
virulent cesspool of war and hate that is constantly at work to milk
the cow of civilization of all its progress, thus starving the lamb
of humanity until some kind shepherd take pity upon the poor creature
and leads it back to the wading pool of peace where it becomes happy
and grows strong and then slips and drowns in the blissful waters and
thus in its carelessness allowing the water-balloon called war to burst
again and the circle is forever rolling round and round and round: death,
destruction, peace, amen.
